How much do I pay to list a car
  • We have 4 package options to list each car:
  • Classic: Aed 30
  • Deluxe: Aed 45
  • Premium: Aed 60
  • Vintage: Aed 100

How many car ads can I have per account
  • You can place as many ads as you like. However, each ad will cost as per the subscribed package

When will my car ad show on the website
  • The car ads should appear as soon as its verified by our backend team. If it doesn’t show within 24 hours, please write us at [email protected]

How long will the car be listed on the website
  • Your car listing validity will depend on the package you purchased:
  • Classic: 30 days validity/No featured ads
  • Deluxe: 45 days validity/10 days featured ads
  • Premium: 60 days validity/ 15 days featured ads
  • Vintage: 60 days validity/30 days featured ads/li>

How can I inspect the car
  • The buyer can contact the seller. Both parties can set up a meet at their convenience and consent to inspect the car. Bid and Drive will not be involved in this process or any transactions between the parties.

Can I request for a refund?
  • There are no refund on subscription packages and/or placing ads in Bid and Drive portal.

How can I pay for the car I buy?
  • All financial transactions are between the buyer and seller. Bid and Drive does not have any role in payments related to the buying and selling of the vehicles.

Is there a service to finance the vehicle?
  • No, Bid and Drive DOESNOT have ANY role in any financial transactions taking place between the bidder and seller post finalizing the sale.

I did not receive my activation code
  • Send us an email to [email protected] and please mention your username and your registered mobile number in the email. You can also chat with a Bid and Drive representative on the chat option on the website/app

Does Bid and Drive provides insurance and registering cars?
  • No

Can a seller withdraw after posting an ad?
  • Yes, the sellers must write to [email protected] with their reference number and registered mobile number stating the reason for withdrawal post which the car ad will be removed from the portal.

How to change password
  • In order to change the password of your account you have to first sign into your account, then click on "Account Settings" then click on Password's "Edit", click on "verify your account" then you will be prompted to the page where you need to select the mobile number where you
